We are a small company that provides the personal service the large ones can't. We know the names of the members of our associations. Our property managers are involved in all the day to day tasks, from depositing checks to creating work orders. What does this mean? It means we know whats going on with our properties at all times. Services: Wright Management provides financial and full management to condominiums, town home associations and office condos. Thats it we do not handle any rental properties or run our own maintenance company. What does this mean? It means we spend all our time focusing on our properties, not worrying about leases late rent payments and everything else that goes along with it. Now there are some larger scale management companies that do provide maintenance services, which is fine for some but to us it seems a little like a conflict of interest situation that we want no part of. If your management company gets the bids in the first place then they would know what price to quote to give them the advantage wouldn't they? We have long lasting relationships with many vendors that always give us the best price and best work because they want our business. Getting bids is part of the job and we make no profit from it.
